Charlotte with love

Unfortunately summer is gone, but gives a delightful gift. Charlotte. With hot chocolate, tea, coffee - it does not matter, the delicious aroma and taste divine brings fond memories. These are memories of the summer.
Well, let me remind you favorite recipe.
We need ingredients:

2 or 3 apples
white flour 240 ml
sugar 200 ml
3 eggs
1 \ 3 teaspoon salt
1 \ 2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 \ 2
teaspoon vanilla essence

1. Heat the oven to 180 degrees 
Mix the flour, salt and cinnamon.

 2. Beat the eggs and sugar, which would weight a bit whiter and has increased in volume. For this is also suitable blender.

3. Gradually add the egg mixture to the flour mixture, continue beating until smooth.

4. Apples peeled and cut into cubes or slices. As demonstrated by my practice - it is better to cut slices. But choose you!

5. I used a form with a diameter of 22 centimeters and a height of 6 cm
Spread on the bottom of the apples and fill get the test.

6. The dough must completely cover the fruit.

 7. Bake in oven for 30-40 minutes. Top charlotte should be well browned. Check availability with a toothpick or match - it should stay dry.

8. Give pie to cool slightly, then remove the form and sprinkle with powdered sugar on top of Charlotte, this one is optional.

Then call your friends for tea. And serve delicious apple, tender and flavorful pie. Next time I will try to bake it with pineapple. And since I'm a fan of simple recipes, this was one of my favorites! Baked quickly, easily, and the result is absolutely stunning!
